Leadership isn't a position.

Imagine what would happen in your organization if every team member saw themselves as a servant-leader, with a passion to positively influence others?

Most people don't think of themselves as leaders. They settle for faulty definitions of leadership that are based on position or personal charisma. This limits people from playing a more active role and hinders their development.

However, when a team embraces a more healthy model of leadership that is rooted in influence, they experience new levels of personal growth and organizational impact.

In this session, Matt will teach your team what servant leadership looks like at four different levels of your organization:

1)  Management

2) Relating to peers

3) Relating to clients/customers

3) Frontline workers/direct reports.

At each level will apply a servant leadership model and contrast those principles with less healthy models, while providing concrete examples and illustrations. The intended outcome is for each participant to identify one primary takeaway to put into practice immediately based upon their position in the organization.

Terminology and illustrations can be tailored to your unique organization and industry to increase relevance and retention.
